Tri-County Airport Authority

The Tri-County Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of providing Aviation Engineering Services for Tri-County Airport (KBCR).  Required services will include, but not be limited to, airfield and airspace planning, aircraft and airport operational analysis, airport master planning, Aviation Layout Plan development and support, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Joint Automated Capital Improvement Program (JACIP) development and support, general planning support to the Airport Authority, individual planning project studies, project management, engineering and technical management services, advice and other engineering services normally associated with general aviation airports. The incumbent is AVCON lnc.

Your letter or proposal should be composed of a single file, not to exceed 2 MB in size, in PDF format (unzipped), not to exceed five (5) pages in length. Qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposals or letters of interest describing your qualifications and references no later than 4:00 PM Local Time on March 31, 2022 via e-mail as attached files to Brenda Wilson. Her email is bwilson@kbcr.gov.

You may optionally hand deliver or mail to the Tri-County Airport Authority, 1983 Tri-County Airport Rd, Bonifay, Florida 32425 to be received prior to the deadline. The Authority will review submissions and select an experienced and qualified firm that, in its judgment, would best serve the public and the airport’s best interests.
