Regular (Full) Board Meetings, locations and time:
The Tri-County Airport Authority conducts regular meetings of its Board of Directors the second Tuesday of every month at 5:00 pm (central time) at the Tri-County Airport terminal at the Tri-County Airport, 1983 Tri-County Airport Road, Bonifay, FL 32425 or if indicated below, via an online Zoom meeting.  Specific dates and details are listed below.  Meeting agendas are published in advance.  If you wish to attend the meeting, security access for the main gate should be discussed in advance with the Airport Manager; please Contact Us regarding gate access, and to let us know in advance if you wish to speak.

Executive Committee Meetings:
The Executive Committee is made of of Board Members who were elected to serve an annual term as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and Grants Coordinator.   The Executive Committee meets periodically on an as-needed basis.  Any scheduled or emergency meetings are posted below.  Please contact us for any questions regarding attendance.  Meeting minutes are posted on this site on links to the left.

Public Attendance and Statements at Board Meetings:

Effective October 1, 2013, Florida Statute 286.0114 mandates that, “members of the public shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard on a proposition before the board or commission (Authority).”  Each individual shall have three (3) minutes to speak on a proposition before the Authority.  Public statements are listed every TCAA regular board meeting as an agenda item early in each meeting.  If you wish to speak, let it be known to the Airport Manager prior to the start of the meeting. As noted above, our meetings are conducted within a secure space when not conducted online; please Contact us for the gate access code at lease one day prior to the meeting so that we can accommodate you.
